laPreviously a furniture shop and automotive garage, MMW had its eye on this building long before it was available for purchase in 2000. We maintained much of the original character of the building on the interior and exterior. Before moving in, the majority of a mezzanine that occupied two thirds of the space was removed; a small section was retained for loft work space. Existing pine floors, trusses, exposed rafters and brick walls were touched up as needed. Warm colors, light cable railing and new trusses compliment the original structure. Windows were enlarged and points of entry emphasized as part of the renovation.
