Make a point. Live green.

MMW designed and built this project on the corner of Philips and Burton Street to meet the growing demand for in-town living. Point Six is located in the Westside neighborhood and within easy walking distance of vibrant downtown of Missoula . Conceived as a modern bungalow court, the shared areas of the six individually-owned homes are conveniently maintained by condo fees. Of the six units, four are three-bedroom, two-bath, and two are three-bedroom, two and a half bath.

What makes these homes special is the community created by their sitting around the interior commons. Living here, owners can have pride knowing they are contributing to a greener Missoula and greener world, making use of state-of-the-art energy efficiency and features like radiant in-floor heating, energy star rated lighting, clean air construction and sustainable materials like bamboo and recycled lumber. The exteriors are low-maintenance materials. Each unit comes with one interior parking stall in the garage and one exterior, surface parking space. Enclosed within garage areas are dedicated recycling spaces. Private, fenced backyards make room for outdoor grilling and enjoyment of fresh air. Covered patios and porches, high speed wireless Internet, open floor plans, loft-like interiors, and getting back in touch with your sense of neighborhood are some of the benefits of living at Point Six Place.
