Located in Missoula’s Reserve Street commercial district, this four-story mixed-use building includes a bank and commercial lease space on the ground floor with three stories of residential condominiums above. The building is clad with a durable mix of brick, steel siding, and fiber cement panel.

Wood and steel roofs project to denote each of the entrances and provide a covered drive-through. The spacious condominiums feature ten-foot ceilings, high end finishes, and unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and golf course. An underground parking garage allows for a large portion of the site to become a park-like community backyard.
