POINT SIX PLACE
Surrounded by an established historic neighborhood with small scale houses, Point Six Place is a modern intervention within this urban fabric. Through a PUD process, a three-lot parcel with a derelict home was transformed into six 1,300 square foot homes arranged around a central courtyard.
The goal was to create a modern eco-bungalow court. All units have porches onto the courtyard and private back yard stoops with outdoor space, as well as one interior and one exterior parking spot. A shared central garage bay houses tools, recycle and a workshop for all. Interiors are loft like, relating to the simple exterior palette and detailing.
