POLLEYS SQUARE CONDO

The Old Sawmill District

The Old Sawmill district was once a center of Missoula’s commerce where logs were processed, and rail cars passed by. In the spirit of this history, the Polleys Square buildings are inspired by Missoula’s historic architecture including railroad, warehouses, and downtown storefront buildings.

On the corner of the main floor is a commercial space with the opportunity for outdoor café seating. A tower anchors the corner of the building like a railroad depot or a significant storefront. Commercial space on the main floor corner contributes to a village feel for the Sawmill District.
