This new location will contain a showroom and warehouse along with up to five additional lease spaces. The exterior of the building is made up of precast concrete walls punctuated by Sierra Pacific’s Timber Curtain Wall system bringing warmth and light to the spaces. Mass timber awnings constructed of glue laminated timber (GLT) further articulate the façade and provide for shading of the windows.
The showroom includes suspended pendant lights hanging at various heights creating a playful arrangement. A GLT awning caps the reception desk providing an additional visual point of interest. Sierra Pacific windows and doors are used throughout to highlight their products to clients.
